High Speed Two Lines Of Printed Bags Making Machines (Cold Cut Design, with Two Mark Sensors).

Available with 'Clutch & Brake System' and 'Servo Motor System'.

Main Features:

  1. With 'cold cut design', the sealing bars and cutting blade are not synchronized movement,so these 'HP-BS-TE' series machines are only efficient for the making of thin gauge plain &printed bags.
  2. With two sets Germany made 'sick' brand mark sensors (with 'miss registration' alarm function) for precise print registration.
  3. All the temperature controllers are with 'lower than pre-set temperature' alarm function to ensure the finished bags quality.
  4. Equipped with four sets sealing bars, two sets with single sealing line for making bottom sealed bags (top open bags), the other two sets with two sealing lines (to seal the bag on top &bottom) for making semi-products of t-shirt bags.
  5. The cutting blade are all SKH 3 material.
