Clutch & Brake System Heat Seal & Cut T-Shirt Bags Making Machines 'HP-TS-AU' Series

These 'HP-TS' series machines are with 'heat seal & cut' design (sealing bar & hot cutting blade synchronized movement - no tension sealing & cutting system), can achieve very strong sealing, very suitable for the mass production of both thick gauge and thin gauge T-shirt bags.

Main Features:

  1. The Germany made 'sick' brand mark sensors are all with 'alarm' function, so if the print registration is out 3 pcs. The machine will stop automatically to avoid any poor quality bags.
  2. All the temperature controllers are with 'alarm' functions, so if the real temperature is 20 degrees different from the pre-set temperature, the machine will stop automatically to avoid any sealing problem.
  3. Using Japan made Shinko brand clutch & brake system.
  4. The production procedures are controlled by Japan made 'Omron' brand 'Encorder' and pc board.
  5. For produce your required bags length, you need to adjust the 'bags length adjustment mechanism'.
  6. Using 'fiat type cooling system' to cool down the sealed bags.
  7. All the main driving motors are ac motors, its speed is controlled by Japan made 'Yaskawa' brand inverter.
  8. The in-line automatic punching unit is with 2 sets pneumatic & cylinder cylinders to punch out the handles of t-shirt bags smoothly.
