These 'HP-FG-SP' series Flexographic printing machines are not only very suitable for normal PP & PE film printing, but also very good for flexible packaging material printing such as cellophane, PET, OPP, Paper, Aluminum Foil, PVC film, etc...

Main Features:

  1. Cast iron machine frame design, vibration free at max. speed operation.
  2. The main motor is ac motor, its speed is controlled by Japan made 'YASKAWA' brand inverter.
  3. Pneumatic lifting system for plate cylinders.
  4. Using needle bearing on plate cylinders.
  5. Using independent hydraulic motor for ink rollers, plate cylinders, guide rollers, etc..) are with 'dynamic balance checking'.
  6. All the anilox rollers are 'ceramic anilox rollers 350 lpi' to achieve best printing perofrmance.
  7. All the driving geard are treated with grinding & polishing.
  8. All the rollers (including anilox rollers, steel rollers, plate cylinders, guide rollers, etc...) Are with 'dynamic balance checking'.
  9. Using nozzle type dryers between each printing section and multi-slot nozzle type final drying tunnel to achieve the best result on drying during high speed opera-tion.
  10. Heat drying system with automatic temperature controllers (3 steps setting of temperature)
  11. Cast iron double unwinding section with japan made 'mitsubishi' brand automatic tension controller & powder brake system.
  12. Cast iron double rewinding system with Japan made 'mitsubishi' brand automatic ten-sion controller & D.C. motor controller system.
  13. Equipped with hydraulic type edge position controller (epc.)
  14. Equipped with automatic film exhaustion scanners, so if the film roll runs out, the machine will stop automatically.
